OpenApron (“we”, “us” or “our”) provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of www.openapron.com. Key terms in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning of those used in OpenApron’s Terms and Conditions.

OpenApron is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy (together with our Terms and Conditions) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We, at our sole discretion, may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our information practices. If we make any material changes we will notify you by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your OpenApron Account) or by means of a notice on www.openapron.com prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions. 1. International Data Transfer

Your information may be transferred to - and maintained on - computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you choose to provide information to us, OpenApron transfers personal information to our most convenient office and processes it. Your consent to this privacy policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

2. Data Collection

Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve OpenApron, OpenApron’s features and content, to administer your use of OpenApron and to enable users to enjoy and easily navigate OpenApron. We may collect and process the following data about you: (a) Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site - www.openapron.com (the “Site”),  as well as third party information that you chose to share when signing in with third party logins, such as but not limited to, Facebook, and (b) information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our services, posting material, sharing material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with the service; if you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence. From time to time we may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them. Details of all transactions you place on our website will be recorded and kept in our archives. This includes details of your visits to our site or use of our services including, but not limited to, traffic data, and other communication data; Any data you upload to the Services or any personal data we fetch from any other websites or services which you authorize us to do; We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual. We may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive. They help us to improve the Services and to deliver a better and more personalized service. 3. Mobile Data

When you use certain features of our Site and Application, we may receive, store and process different types of information about your location, including general information (e.g., IP address, zip code) and more specific information (e.g., GPS-based functionality on mobile devices used to access the platform or specific features of the platform). If you access our Site and Application through a mobile device and you do not want your device to provide us with location-tracking information, you can disable the GPS or other location-tracking functions on your device, provided your device allows you to do this. See your device manufacturer’s instructions for further details.

4. Log Data

When you use OpenApron, whether as a Member or a non-registered user just browsing (any of these, a “OpenApron User”), our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit OpenApron (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type or the webpage you were visiting before you came to OpenApron, pages of OpenApron that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on OpenApron, access times and dates, and other statistics. We use this information to monitor and analyze use of OpenApron and for OpenApron’s technical administration, to increase OpenApron’s functionality and user-friendliness, and to better tailor OpenApron to our visitors' needs. We also use this information to verify that visitors to OpenApron meet the criteria required to process their requests. We do not treat Log Data as Personal Information or use it in association with other Personal Information, though we may aggregate, analyze and evaluate such information for the same purposes as stated above regarding other Non-Identifying Information. 5. Cookies

Like many websites, we use “cookies” to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer's hard disk for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies for two purposes. First, we utilize persistent cookies to save your login information for future logins to OpenApron. Second, we utilize session ID cookies to enable certain features of OpenApron, to better understand how you interact with OpenApron and to monitor aggregate usage by OpenApron Users and web traffic routing on OpenApron. Unlike persistent cookies, session cookies are deleted from your computer when you log off from OpenApron and then close your browser. Third party advertisers on OpenApron may also place or read cookies on your browser. You can instruct your browser, by changing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all portions of OpenApron. 6. Web Beacons

OpenApron may contain electronic images known as Web beacons (sometimes called single-pixel gifs) and are used along with cookies to compile aggregated statistics to analyze how OpenApron are used and may be used in some of our emails to let us know which emails and links have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of our customer communications and marketing campaigns. By using OpenApron or registering a OpenApron account (either Chefs or Members), you are indicating your agreement to OpenApron’s Web Beacons policy.

7. Personal Data

When you register with OpenApron and become a Member (either Chefs or Hosts) and when you choose to post a Listing or book a Chef, or when you wish to contact another Member, we will ask you for Personal Data. Personal Data may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, email address, social security number (SSN), permanent account number (PAN), and home postal address, but does not include your credit card number or billing information. In order to process some of your transactions through OpenApron, we may also ask for your credit card number and other billing information (“Billing Information”) (Identity Information and Billing Information together, “Personal Data”). Some Personal Data is required, like your name and email address, and other Personal Data is optional, like your date of birth. We use your Personal Information to provide the Service and administer your inquiries. By using OpenApron or registering a OpenApron account (either Chefs or Members), you are indicating your agreement to OpenApron’s Personal Data policy.

8. Personal Data Storage

By submitting your personal data, you agree to allow us to transfer, store or process your data for the purpose of providing our services. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of the Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone. Although we use our reasonable efforts to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. By using OpenApron or registering a OpenApron account (either Chefs or Members), you are indicating your agreement to OpenApron’s Personal Data Storage policy.

9. Personal Data Usage

The personal data held by us about you can be used in the following ways: To provide our services to you and ensure that content on the services is presented in the most effective and relevant manner for you To provide you with information and services that you request from us or which we feel may interest you, unless you have opted out of receiving such information or services To give your details to our chefs to allow them carry out any obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and them To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us To notify you about status changes to the service, bookings or terms & conditions If you do not want us to use your personal data in this way, you may opt-out at anytime as indicated in the communication medium or by sending an email tohello@OpenApron.kitchen. By using OpenApron or registering a OpenApron account (either Chefs or Members), you are indicating your agreement to OpenApron’s Personal Data Usage policy.

10. Information Sharing and Disclosure

OpenApron reserves the right to disclose certain data where necessary to target relevant advertisements from third party advertising networks. We may provide advertisers with aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 40 women aged under 23 visited the site on a given day). We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target (for example, men in London). We may disclose your personal information to third parties: In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets If substantially all of our assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Atanor Ltd., our customers, or others. OpenApron may contain links to third-party websites or resources, including, but not limited to, links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. You acknowledge and agree that OpenApron is not responsible or liable for: (i) the availability or accuracy of such websites or resources; or (ii) the content, products, or services on or available from such websites or resources. Links to such websites or resources do not imply any endorsement by OpenApron of such websites or resources or the content, products, or services available from such websites or resources. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any such websites or resources or the content, products or services on or available from such websites or resources. OpenApron explicitly disclaims all liability for all risk arising from your use of any such websites or resources or the content, products or services on or available from such websites or resources.

12. Email

We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. We try to keep emails to a minimum and give you the ability to opt out when we can. We will send you email relating to your personal transactions. We will keep these emails to a minimum. You will also receive certain email notifications, for which you may opt-out. We may send you service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so.

13. Voluntary Disclosure

Any personal information or content that you voluntarily disclose in public areas of the Site becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by other users. You should exercise caution before disclosing your personal information through these public venues.

14. Children’s Privacy

People under 19 (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) are not permitted to use OpenApron on their own, and so this privacy policy makes no provision for their use of the site.

15. Testimonials and Reviews

With your consent we may post your testimonial and/or review on OpenApron along with your name. If you want your testimonial and/or review removed please contact us.

16. Language

The English version of this Privacy Policy governs. All disputes, claims and causes of action (and related proceedings) will be communicated in English.
